Rules & Waiver

DANGER CLOSE GELBALL — FIELD RULES 1. SAFETY All players must wear eye protection at all times on the field. No blind firing. You must be able to see your target. Call your hits honestly. No barrel tagging. 2. EQUIPMENT All gel blasters must be chronographed before play. Maximum FPS: 280fps with 7-8mm gel balls. No modified or unregulated equipment permitted. No Blind Firing 3. CONDUCT Respect all players, judges and staff at all times. No physical contact with other players. Judges' decisions are final. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal from the field. 4. CHECK-IN All players must check in via RFID at the front desk. Players must have a signed waiver on file before play. Minors must have a guardian-signed waiver. 5. BANNED PLAYERS Banned players are not permitted on the premises. Attempting to enter while banned will result in police involvement. By signing this waiver you confirm you have read, understood and agree to abide by these rules.

DANGER CLOSE GELBALL — PLAY DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER By signing this waiver I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that participation in gel ball activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury from gel ball projectiles, trips, falls, and collision with other players or field structures. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. PHYSICAL FITNESS I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in gel ball activities. I accept full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during participation. 3. EQUIPMENT & SAFETY I agree to wear all required protective equipment at all times on the field. I agree to abide by all FPS limits and equipment rules as directed by field staff. 4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I release Danger Close Gelball, its owners, managers, judges, and staff from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence. 5. RULES & CONDUCT I have read and agree to abide by the Danger Close Gelball field rules and code of conduct. I understand that breach of these rules may result in removal from the field without refund. 6. MEDIA CONSENT I consent to photographs and video being taken during field activities for use on Danger Close Gelball social media and promotional materials, unless I notify staff otherwise. 7. MINORS If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I confirm I am their legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf. This waiver is binding and applies to all future visits unless a new version is published requiring re-signature.
